CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

3D Sports Cond: A bootcamp style for everybody. Circuit training, kettlebell training, group training, team competitions, functional training. A up beat, energetic, fun workout. For kids or kids at heart, improve your speed, strength and power!!


Mat Pilates: A very low impact class that develops strong, flexible muscles.

Super Sculpt: Think that you can't work every muscle group in 30 minutes? THINK AGAIN!!

P.E. 101: Back to phys. ed. basics like push-ups and shuttle runs will work your heart and muscles!

Sculpt & Strength: Tone up from top to bottom with strength training and finish with ballet inspired stretches.

Sole Synthesis: Fitness and ballet principles liked with Pilates and Yoga.

Toys:  Medicine balls, BOSU, tubing, jump ropes and MORE!! All the these wonderful "toys" ensure that no class is ever the same!

Bosu Flex: Intervals of cardio and strength using the BOSU! Core conditioning follows!
