Class Description
Aerobic Interval: A series of aerobic exercises that u^lizes a bosu dome.
Postures™: Daryl Conant ’s unique postural exercises that incorporates, Yoga exercises, Pilates
exercises, physical therapy exercise. Geared for increasing energy and well being.
Aeroboxing: A fast pace high energy aerobic boxing class. Release stress by punching water
filled punching bags. This is a moderate to advanced class.
Spinning™: A indoor cycling class that is designed to take you through a journey guided by
a motvational instructor and awesome music.
Body Blast™: A fast pace aerobic / muscular endurance workout using weighted barbells.
Core Excitement: A sequence of abdominal exercises that will work all aspects of the body’s
core.
Circuit Training: A variety of different stations that challenge the cardiovascular system, and muscular system. It is a fun motivating class for all ages.
PAID PROGRAMS
Pilates Reformer: Perform a series of strengthening and toning exercises on a Pilates Reformer machine.
Total Body: Personal training at a frac^on of the cost of one on one training. This group personal class is designed to
keep you mo^vated and help reach your fitness goals. Led by a professional fitness instructor who will make
sure you are working out safely and accurately.
D‐FORCE™: The most complete training program ever developed by Daryl and Doug. D‐FORCE™ is guaranteed to give
you the best workout of your life. Incorporates the use of Striders™, agility training, func^onal training, strength
training, muscular endurance drills, core training, dynamic flexibility. We will give you your money back if you don’t
