Class Description   

Aeroboxing:  A fast pace high energy aerobic boxing class.  Release stress by punching water  

filled punching bags.  This is a moderate to advanced class.  

Body Blast™:  A fast pace aerobic / muscular endurance workout using weighted barbells  

 

Barre: A class designed to improve flexibility and core strength. Incorporating Ballet Bar techniques.   

 

Spinning™:  An indoor cycling class that is designed to take you through a journey guided by   

a motivational instructor and awesome music.  

 

Fitness Boxing: Boxing/MMA inspired full body cardio and strength training group fitness. This is class is suitable for most anyone. 

 

High Intensity Spinning: This class combines high energy music with pre-planned and precisely timed cadence, position and ride visualization cues desinged to maintain your heart rate at 80% + of your maximum for the "work" period of the class. 

 

Toys:  Build total body muscle strength and endurance utlizing the varied equipment at FNH (balls, bands, keflebells, ropes, etc.)

 

Strider: A group elliptical training class  

 

Circuit Training:  Various resistance and aerobic stations to challenge the body. Paricipants move from station to station in 30 second intervals.  

 

 Mix Up: This class combines spinning, aeroboxing, and body blast.  

PAID PROGRAMS  

Pilates Reformer:  Perform a series of strengthening and toning exercises on a Pilates Reformer machine.   

 

Total Body:  Personal training at a frac^on of the cost of one on one training.  This group personal class is designed to keep you mo^vated and help reach your fitness goals.  Led by a professional fitness instructor who will make sure you  are working out safely and accurately.
