Daryl Conant founded Fitness Nut Enterprises, LLC in 1998 and opened the doors to his facility in Kennebunk, ME in the same year. Daryl is an Exercise Physiologist and has a Masters of Education in Physical Education and Health with an emphasis in Sport Science from East Tennessee State University. He also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Physical Education from Union University.
Daryl has over 15 years of experience in the field. Prior to starting his own business, he was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO working with a variety of olympic teams. More...
